Exchange Available

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 2 days of delivery. No refunds, but we'll help you find the perfect fit!

1. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Exchange request initiated within 2 days of delivery
  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags: All original tags must be attached and intact
  • Packaging: Original packaging and accessories included
  • Hygiene: No signs of use, perfume, or body oils

2. What Can Be Exchanged

Eligible Items:

  • T-shirts and tops
  • Hoodies and sweatshirts
  • Tote bags
  • Jackets and outerwear

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Damaged or altered items
  • Items without original tags

3. Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  • Specify the size/color you want to exchange to

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

  • We'll review your request within 24 hours
  • Receive exchange authorization and return instructions
  • Get a prepaid return label (if eligible)

Step 3: Send the Item

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Include the exchange authorization form
  • Ship using the provided return label

Step 4: Receive New Item

  • We'll inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
  • New item ships within 24 hours of approval
  • Receive tracking information via email

4. Exchange Options

You can exchange your item for:

  • Different Size: Same product in a different size
  • Different Color: Same product in a different color
  • Different Product: Different product of equal or higher value

Price Differences:

  • If new item costs more, pay the difference
  • If new item costs less, receive store credit
  • Store credit valid for 6 months from issue date

5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use our preferred shipping partners for discounted rates
  • We provide prepaid labels for defective items only

Exchange Shipping:

  • Standard shipping for replacement item: ₹100
  • Express shipping available at additional cost
  • Free shipping on exchanges over ₹2000

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Priority processing for replacement
  • No shipping charges for defective item exchanges

7. Exchange Limitations

  • One Exchange Per Item: Each item can only be exchanged once
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges subject to current inventory
  • Seasonal Items: Limited exchange window for seasonal products
  • Sale Items: Sale items may have limited exchange options

9. Processing Timeline

Standard Processing:

  • Exchange request approval: Within 24 hours
  • Item inspection: 2-3 business days after receipt
  • New item dispatch: Within 24 hours of approval
  • Delivery: 3-7 business days from dispatch

Peak Season: Processing times may be extended during sale periods and festivals.

11. Quality Assurance

All returned items undergo quality inspection before processing exchanges. Items that don't meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that don't comply with this policy.
