We accept payments through Razorpay and other approved payment methods. By providing payment information, you:

  • Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
  • Authorize us to charge the payment method for the total amount of your order
  • Agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within India only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only - no cancellations or refunds:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Exchange is subject to availability of requested size/color
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not exchange undergarments or accessories for hygiene reasons
