1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping:
- We ship to all states and union territories in India
- Coverage includes metropolitan cities, towns, and remote areas
- PO Box and APO/FPO addresses accepted
- No shipping to international destinations currently
Restricted Areas:
- Some remote locations may have extended delivery times
- High-security zones may require additional verification
- We'll notify you if your location has any restrictions
2. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: ₹100
- Tracking provided for all shipments
- Signature required for delivery
Express Shipping:
- Currently not available
- Will be introduced soon for major cities
- 1-2 day delivery option coming soon
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Rate: ₹100 per order
Free Shipping: Orders ₹2000 and above
Multiple Items: Single shipping charge per order
Additional Information:
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout
- No additional handling fees
- Taxes included in shipping cost
- Cost remains same regardless of weight
4. Processing Time
Order Processing:
- Orders processed within 1-2 business days
- Processing starts after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 2 PM processed next business day
- Weekend orders processed on Monday
Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM for same-day processing
5. Delivery Information
Delivery Attempt:
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
- Delivery between 9 AM - 8 PM
- SMS and email notifications sent
- Signature required for all deliveries
Failed Delivery:
- Package returned to local facility after 3 attempts
- 7-day hold period at facility
- Return to sender after hold period expires
- Re-delivery charges may apply

Tracking Information:
- Tracking number provided via email once shipped
- Real-time updates on package movement
- SMS notifications for key delivery milestones
- Track through our website or courier partner portal

8. Address Guidelines
Complete Address Required:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete street address with house/flat number
- Landmark (if applicable)
- City, state, and PIN code
- Valid phone number for delivery contact
Address Changes:
- Address cannot be changed after order is shipped
- Contact us immediately if correction needed
- Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays
9. Packaging
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
- Recyclable materials used wherever possible
- Minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact
- Protective packaging for delicate items
- SZNX branded packaging for gifting
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
- Report missing packages within 7 days of expected delivery
- We'll track with shipping partner and investigate
- Replacement sent once loss is confirmed
- Insurance coverage protects against loss
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect package upon delivery
- Report damage immediately with photos
- Do not accept severely damaged packages
- Replacement arranged at no additional cost
11. Peak Season
Extended Processing During:
- Festival seasons (Diwali, Dussehra, etc.)
- Sale periods and promotional events
- New product launches
- Weather-related disruptions
We'll notify customers of any expected delays during peak periods.
